Great food, great service, and very clean restaurant. So much more variety than triple 8. Wife loved the variety of sushi and I loved the variety of chicken including the peanut chicken.

Lookout Republic you have a new buffet in town. Very competitive prices. The buffet on Monday was 11 and some change. Great variety great quality. Cashew chicken on the buffet who can resist that. They also have desserts and ice cream cups and sushi. Definitely go check him out they are behind Walgreens in Republic. Buffet is closed on Tuesday. Very friendly staff. They have both booth and table seating.

An excellent place to grab both lunch and dinner. They have a great buffet that is refreshed frequently and the service is outstanding. This is on my top 3 of recommended buffets in the southwest Missouri area and a definite recommend.

Yesterday I learned that the Diamon Head restaurant is under new ownership. I went in for carry out and met the new owners who were running operations. They're phenomenally courteous, and helpful. They have also completely renovated the place, and it looks great. The buffet has been re-opened , and has a ton of variety. Lastly, the new owners have added a discount for seniors, military and public servants. If you haven't already, I'd highly recommend checking them out (again).

Diamond Head is BACK! For those who missed having the Chinese buffet in Republic like I did. You will be happy to know that the buffet is reopened under new management and it’s better than it was before!

Such a fantastic place to eat! I've come here twice and both times everyone was joyfully working and showed appreciation for patronizing. Full Buffet and Food was TOP NOTCH HOT, fresh, flavorful and much better quality than other Chinese buffets that usually seem unhealthy. Sushi is delicious and the pepper chicken so good! I went to Triple 8 in Republic and they were rude to me and buffet was very minimal and cold items and pans ran empty before staff paid attention. DIAMOND HEAD IS THE WINNER IN TOWN! Great price too 12.99 buffet.

We love the buffet. All food is fresh, hot and delicious!! It's our weekly go-to place! The workers are always nice and polite. I highly recommend Diamond Head.

Diamond Head is truly a diamond in the rough! From the moment we walked in, the service was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely top-notch. Every dish we tried was full of flavor and clearly made with care. The prices were more than reasonable for the quality—honestly a rare find these days. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this place is a hidden gem worth discovering. We’ll definitely be back!
